Pet hair can be challenging to clean as it clings to fabrics, upholstery, and other surfaces, requiring extra time, effort, and specialised tools to ensure everything is spotless.

What if my car is very dirty

We’ve got your back! If your vehicle needs extra care, we'll make sure to keep you in the loop before diving in. We'll let you know about any additional charges upfront and will only proceed with your thumbs up. No surprises here – you won't be hit with any unexpected fees. 😊

How long will it take for seats to dry after shamooing?

Depending on the weather and the initial condition of your seats, they might be a tad damp after cleaning. No worries, though – we provide disposable seat covers as part of our service, so you can use your vehicle if needed. On a sunny day, your seats should be fully dry within 2-3 hours. We highly recommend turning on the heating and slightly opening the windows to prevent any mold or damp smell. 😊

Do I need to prepare my car before the full valet?

Please make sure your vehicle is accessible and remove all personal items from the inside, including the glove box, center console, and boot. This way, we can give your car the best possible care.
